INTERNATIONAL SERVICES:
Effective May 14th, 2007 the US Postal Services has eliminated
certain types of services and introduced new types/names and rates (see
the table below). Most of our prints were mailed via Airmail Letter
Post, the name of which has been changed to First-class Mail International.
Economy
mail is no longer available. Heavier parcels were on occasions mailed
via Parcel Post which has been changed to Priority Mail International.
The fee for registered mail was increased from $7,90 to $10,15 to $10,80
and after another increase in May 2009 the fee now stands at $11,50.
Check the latest USPS rate increases effective 22 Jan 2012.

| Method of Shipping: | The
majority of your prints will be mailed flat, secured between several layers
of stiff cardboard. Some of the largest prints (over 14 inches, or 36 cm)
may be mailed in a 3- or 4-inch (7,5 or 10 cm) diameter tube to save you
the postage, as the overall weight of a package with the protective
cardboards is much higher. Only the prints that can be easily rolled will
be mailed in a tube. The majority of prints are printed on paper that would be damaged
if rolled into a tube and they will be mailed flat.
Domestic buyers: Please note that any package weighing 13 ozs. or more must be mailed via Priority Mail. A large print (over 14 inches) mailed in a tube weighs less than 13 ozs. A large print mailed flat with the protective cardboards weighs appr. 16 ozs. You can use THIS LINK to calculate the approximate Priority Mail postage (replace "to ZIP code" with your ZIP code) for a large print mailed flat. |
| Multiple purchases: | We automatically combine multiple print purchases into one package. You do not need to email us a request for combined mailing. eBay's automatic checkout often includes separate postage for each print and you may end up paying much higher postage than is due. If this happens, you need not worry about this, as the extra postage you may have paid will be always and promptly refunded. |
| Proof of mailing: | Domestic buyers:
Unless you request otherwise, all packages will be mailed without a proof
of mailing, signature confirmation etc. If requested, such services cost
extra.
International buyers: Packages mailed internationally via 1st Class Mail International can be sent via Registered Mail (requiring a signature) for additional $11,50 to assure the delivery. This is the most secure method of mailing. A registered package is automatically insured up to $45 or the declared value, whichever is lower. If you want to insure your package to its full value, it has to be mailed via Priority Mail International. Unless you request otherwise, all packages will be mailed without insurance, proof of mailing, signature confirmation, Internet tracking etc. |
| Internet tracking: | Domestic buyers:
Any Internet tracking services cost extra. If you are interested in such
a service please email us. Unless you request otherwise, all packages will
be mailed without a possibility of Internet tracking.
International buyers: Any Internet tracking services cost extra. If you are interested in such a service please email us. Internet tracking is automatically included for registered packages and for packages mailed via Priority Mail International. Unless you request otherwise, all packages will be mailed without a possibility of Internet tracking. |
